Job Title: Assistant Manager ED & ENM IP/OP (Hyderabad)

Location: Hyderabad(Work from Office)

Experience: 6+Years

Notice: Immediate to 15days

Certification is not Mandatory

Current designation: Team Lead or Senior Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

- Manage ED, E&M;, Inpatient (IP), and Outpatient (OP) medical coding operations.
- Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Conduct coding audits and provide feedback and training to the team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage coding associates.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences.




- CPC/CCS/CIC/COC certification preferred.
- 6-10 years of US medical coding experience with at least 2 years in a team lead/assistant manager role.
- Robust expertise in ED, E&M;, IP, and OP coding.
