About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, customer-driven, and technically fluent Technical Product Manager to define, build, and deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer experience, combining robust technical expertise with product thinking and execution excellence.

The Technical Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and defining product strategy to delivery and post-launch optimization—ensuring products create value for both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver products from concept to launch.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and measurable success metrics.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and engineering capacity.
- Partner closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality and timely product releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and innovation areas.
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.




- Support go-to-market initiatives by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Champion customer needs and ensure product decisions are driven by customer value.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience working across technical and business teams.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development, solution design, or technical architecture.
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools for product decision-making.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with security, risk, compliance, or vulnerability management platforms.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of security and networking in large-scale enterprise environments.
