Job Description: We are hiring the International Voice & Chat at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, Chats and other electronic communications and driving sales by promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.

Skills Required:

- Robust verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle inbound customer queries effectively by understanding customer concerns and providing suitable resolutions.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)

Experience:

- 0-3 years.

Age Criteria:





- 18 years to 35 years.

Salary:

- Voice : 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)

DOJ - Aug 1st week

Chat :15000 (take-home after deductions)

DOJ -Aug 1st week
