Agentic AI Systems Engineer Fab, Assembly Test

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Staff Agentic AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that enhance manufacturing and enterprise operations. This role will focus on transforming manual, repetitive, and complex business workflows into intelligent digital processes by leveraging AI agents, automation platforms, data integration, and enterprise system connectivity. The candidate must be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify business processes across manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise operations that can be improved through AI and automation.
- Design and deploy AI agents that can analyze data, support decision-making, and execute actions across connected systems.
- Build automation workflows that integrate applications, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms such as MES, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and reporting systems.
- Develop scalable approaches for agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Use operational data, logs, reports,



and documents to enable predictive insights, root cause analysis, and smarter process execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Track impact through measurable outcomes such as cycle time reduction, productivity gains, error reduction, and improved process efficiency.
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- 8-12 years of experience in software development, automation, systems engineering, or enterprise application integration.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, lab, or enterprise operations environments.
- Exposure to MES, test systems, reporting platforms, or operational data workflows.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, enterprise copilots, or emerging Agentic AI tools.
- Understanding of cloud-based integration, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies and apply them to real business use cases.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
