We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst with 5 7 years of experience in HRT/HCM or Workforce Management (WFM) systems to join our growing HCM team in Hyderabad.



The ideal candidate will have strong functional understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll and recruiting modules, along with the ability to understand customer needs, translate them into explicit business requirements, and convert them into practical business use cases.
