Work Timings : 09:30 Am - 06:30 PM (2nd&4th Saturday off)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational manpower requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or life sciences recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ATS is an added advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Proactively identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.

- Job Description and Advertisement: Collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and crafting engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.





- Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and coordinating subsequent interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

- Applicant Management (ATS): Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, maintain records, and ensure productive process tracking.

- Candidate Experience and Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, providing timely updates to candidates, and nurturing relationships with potential hires.

- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extending job offers, negotiating compensation, and coordinating with HR to initiate onboarding processes.

- Strategy and Metrics: Analyzing hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure an inclusive, bias-free process.
