This Role

Provides quality assurance and technical oversight for Financial Crime Prevention activities by reviewing AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and risk assessment deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance, validating complex client structures, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and risk management across the function.

What You Will Do

- You'll review and validate AML/KYC, CDD, EDD, FATCA, and CRS deliverables across varying levels of complexity, ensuring accuracy, completeness, quality, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- You'll assess and validate risk assessments, compliance conclusions, escalation decisions, periodic reviews, regulatory reporting, and complex client structures, providing sound judgement and technical expertise to support effective financial crime prevention controls.
- You'll monitor review workflows, deadlines, and quality standards, document review findings, identify potential risks or deficiencies, and ensure issues are escalated appropriately and addressed in a timely manner.




- You'll support regulatory compliance and operational excellence by maintaining in-depth knowledge of financial crime regulations, performing quality control reviews, promoting standardisation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
- You'll demonstrate robust communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and mentoring support to team members, and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and compliance.
