Job Title: People Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM 3:00 AM)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-growing business operation in Hyderabad. This is a highly visible, onsite role where you will partner closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, manage employee relations, and support managers through day-to-day people challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders on employee-related matters and people strategy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and policy implementation.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, team effectiveness, and employee development.
- Support organisational changes, workforce planning, and team design.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Analyse HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, attendance,



and performance trends to recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, employee documentation, and HR processes.
- Identify people risks and proactively recommend solutions to improve employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Product, Shared Services, Operations, or other rapid-paced environments.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Manager Coaching.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- Willingness to work onsite during the night shift.
