Scrum Master / IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects across cloud, networking, systems, security, and platform teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project delivery, infrastructure operations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies along with excellent leadership, communication, and project governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects using Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Systems, Security, and Application teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, Change Management, governance, and compliance standards.
- Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.




- Support infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center transformation, server upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Drive continuous process improvements and promote Agile best practices across infrastructure teams.
- Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Infrastructure Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of Networking, Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, Virtualization, Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and Hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
- Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
- Experience managing Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, VMware, or enterprise infrastructure transformation projects is preferred.
