Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid project management expertise (70%) along with technical knowledge (30%) in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI/ML technologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and governance.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project health, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with technical teams on cloud-based solutions and AI/ML initiatives.
- Support solution discussions involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern cloud technologies.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery excellence.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Project/Program Management expertise.




- 70% experience in Project Management and Delivery Management.
- 30% technical experience with hands-on understanding of:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Mandatory
- AI/ML concepts and cloud-based solutions
- Cloud architecture and modern application delivery

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing cloud transformation or AI/ML projects.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
