- Must have High-end Spoken English and Communication Skills are mandatory.
- Perform Manual Software Testing.
- Learn and be proficient in all E-Ring Products.
- Providing support to the customers via desktop solutions, chat functions, emails, and calls.
- Prioritizing customer queries and escalating responsible technical issues to Lead/Developers.
- Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics.
- Responding to escalated customer support issues.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Review all technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets.

Should be flexible to work for 2 shifts.
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Mid shift:
- 1 way cab will be provided for dropping at home location.
