Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize Experience Cloud portals for customer and partner engagement.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with administrators, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- 34 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Solid expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,



and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
- Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) is desirable.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-Have

- Experience and knowledge of Agentforce.
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).
- Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce features and automation.
