Job Description Summary

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

The SAP PP Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Production Planning module to optimize manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Implementation Configuration

- Design, customize, and configure the SAP PP module based on business requirements.

- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business process requirements.

- Develop functional specifications and test scripts.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

- Support full-cycle SAP PP implementations including blueprinting,



realization, and go-live.

Support Troubleshooting

- Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support for production planning issues.

- Investigate and resolve system errors and user-reported problems.

- Document resolutions and help desk documentation.

Integration Collaboration

- Coordinate with other SAP module consultants (MM, SD, QM, FICO) for cross-functional integration.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging.

- Ensure proper data flow and integration with Product Costing and PLM systems.

Training Documentation

- Conduct end-user training and create user manuals.

- Document all configurations, processes, and updates.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills Experience:

Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in SAP PP including:

- Master Data (BOM, Work Centers, Routing)
