About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, stays up to date with social media trends, and has strong expertise in shooting, editing, and producing engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that strengthens our brand presence, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, shorts, testimonials, product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories.
- Maintain and manage the company's social media video content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
- Capture professional-quality footage using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, drones (preferred), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Edit videos using professional editing software while ensuring smooth transitions, color correction, sound mixing, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Create platform-specific content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and design teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, editing styles, and algorithm changes.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and content archives.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Cover company events, product launches, customer testimonials, interviews, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in videography, camera handling, composition, framing, and lighting.




- Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, color grading, and sound editing.
- Experience creating viral and engaging social media content.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Strong storytelling and creative visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage.
- Drone operating experience and certification (preferred).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, reels, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
