- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience within Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable operations, with at least 2–3 years in a clear leadership or supervisory capacity.
- ERP Expertise: Deep,



advanced hands-on utilization of Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within an enterprise environment.
- Core Competencies: Proven mastery of Service Delivery Management, SLA/KPI governance, and Customer Relationship Management in a shared services or matrixed corporate structure.

Job Responsibility

We are seeking an accomplished, strategically minded Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Lead to oversee our global Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of billing, cash application, and credit control functions while driving operational excellence through a high-performing team.

With 7+ years of progressive financial experience, you will act as the operational anchor for service delivery, managing performance against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cultivating executive customer relationships, and optimizing Oracle ERP workflows to maximize cash flow and minimize corporate credit risk.
