Lead Gen AI Developer (Module lead/Tech lead)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled technology professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to project execution, and ensuring solutions meet performance, quality, and scalability standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance agent-based AI systems (single and multi-agent)
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases for policy, claims, and regulatory data.
- Implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for prediction, classification, and anomaly detection.
- Develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for:
- Claims documents
- Policy forms
- KYC and supporting documents

- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with business applications.
- Implement agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Deploy and support AI services in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Implement logging, monitoring, validation, and basic AI safety controls.
- Collaborate with product, data,



and engineering teams to deliver insurance AI solutions.
