Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical queries and address non-conformities.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to effectively inspect installations.

- Ensure timely completion of inspections and reporting of findings to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in MEP QA/QC or related field (Electrical Engineering/HVAC Engineering).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Mechanical).

- Solid knowledge of HVAC engineering principles, electrical installation practices, and plumbing systems.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
