Job Summary
We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and supplier enablement through SAP Ariba. The role involves supplier onboarding, catalog management, electronic invoicing, troubleshooting, testing, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier onboarding and enablement on SAP Ariba Supplier Network (ASN).
- Support supplier setup, catalog management, and electronic invoicing.
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO), requisitions, and P2P processes.
- Perform supplier spend analysis and UNSPSC mapping.
- Troubleshoot catalog, punch-out, and supplier integration issues.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and supplier support activities.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and suppliers for smooth procurement operations.
Required Skills
- 35 years of Procurement/P2P experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (preferred) or Coupa.
- Knowledge of supplier enablement, vendor setup, catalogs (cXML/CIF), and PO processes.
- Understanding of UNSPSC codes and catalog management.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree required.
