Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in office visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
