- 1015 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as SAP Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscape and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in managing cross-functional SAP teams including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Basis teams.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience working with global clients and managing distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience with project governance, quality assurance, and compliance processes.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities*

- Lead SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, and migration projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks,



dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level project reporting.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and organizational policies.
• Support business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
