Key Responsibilities

Migration Delivery

- Execute large-scale rehost migrations using AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
- Support migration of workloads from:
- On-Premises to AWS
- AWS to AWS Accounts

- Plan and execute migration waves and cutover activities.
- Validate migrated workloads and support remediation activities.

Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

- Configure and manage AWS infrastructure components including:
- EC2
- Application Load Balancers
- Network Load Balancers
- Networking Services
- Storage Services

- Support AWS account setup using AWS Control Tower.

Application & Platform Migration

- Assess applications and infrastructure dependencies.
- Coordinate migration activities across:
- Application Support Teams
- Infrastructure Teams
- Database Teams
- Cloud Engineering Teams
- Testing Teams

- Support migration strategy execution and operational readiness.

Operating Systems

- Configure and maintain:
- Windows Servers
- Linux Servers

- Support OS-level troubleshooting during migration activities.

Security & Governance

- Ensure migrations align with:
- Security controls
- Governance policies
- Regulatory requirements





- Support environments operating in regulated and mission-critical landscapes.

Must-Have Skills

AWS Migration

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
- AWS Rehost Migrations
- Cloud Migration Programs

AWS Platform

- Experience with:
- EC2
- VPC
- Load Balancers
- Storage Services
- Networking Components

AWS Control Tower

- Hands-on experience with:
- Control Tower
- Account Vending Process
- Landing Zone setup

Infrastructure

- Strong understanding of:
- Application Migration
- Server Migration
- Infrastructure Modernization

Operating Systems

- Experience managing:
- Windows
- Linux

Stakeholder Management

- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to work across application, database, infrastructure, and cloud domains.
