Job Description for Position: General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Banking
Qualification: CA/ ICWA/MBA with 15 - 20 Yrs. Exp.

Candidate Desired Profile: Professionals with hands-on experience in Capital Raise, Corporate Finance and all Banking related activities.

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

1. Arranging credit limits (Fund based & Non fund based) from Banks and

Financial institutions for Working Capital and raising of Funds as required.

2. Renewal of Limits (Fund based /Non-fund based) with banks and submission of CMA.

3. Preparation of required data to Financial Institutions.

4. Monitoring and control of day to day banking operation.
5. Management of cash and fund flows.

6. Review of validity of Bank Guarantee periodically and taking appropriate

action as and when required and ensuring the protected custody of all original

BGs.

7. Keeping the track of BGs / LCs limit with Bank and ensuring the

enhancement of the limits.

Ensuring that requisite MIS are submitted to the Management.

9. Monthly projected and actual fund flow and cash flow statement with

Variance report.

10. Report on ILC/FLC
