Role: PingOne AIC Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Shift: No fixed shift; candidates must be available for sufficient overlap with US-based client working hours (EST) to support collaboration and project delivery.

Must-Have Skills

- PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) formerly ForgeRock
- Ping Directory Services (PingDS)
- PingAM
- Ping Gateway
- JavaScript
- Robust experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working as an SME / Technical Lead in Ping Identity technologies

Candidate Requirements

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, preferably with significant experience in IAM.
- Strong hands-on experience with PingOne AIC / ForgeRock.
- Expertise in PingDS, PingAM, and Ping Gateway.
