FirstSource is hiring experienced AR callers for the US healthcare process with expertise in accounts receivable (AR), denial management, physician billing, and hospital billing. The role involves handling denied claims, insurance follow-ups, payment resolutions, and maximizing revenue recovery for healthcare providers.

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in US healthcare RCM AR calling.
- Practical exposure to:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Denial Management
- Insurance Follow-up
- Physician Billing / Hospital Billing

- Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be given preference.
- Availability of all employment and educational documents, including:

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
