1. Must be good in enhancement delivery .
2. Plan each demand ( enhancement) end to end i.e. BRD walkthrough till final deployment and tag to respective release window
3. Ensure that each demand is estimated accurately based on T-shirt sizing
4. Track on daily basis for planned Vs Actual for each demand plan. Identify risks/Issues , raise a flag to concerned stakeholders and seek support
5. Positive exposure to SAP AMS, AMS.
6. Highlight challenges in delivering a demand in planned release including ones on customer and push hard for completion and respective billing for partial delivered Demands as well
7. Push back on any changes requested once FS is signed , IF changes are MUST , revisit demand t-shirt size and increase complexity and thus billing for the demand
8. Stick to KPIs like FTR and OTD , Resource utilisation and MM %
9.



Plan and replan demands based on BRDs received and interim changes in milestones
10. Identify capacity within team and utilise it across program , aim for 100% utilisation
11. IF capacity utilisation remains an issue , highlight reasons like unavailability of BRD from customer etc and optimise team.
12. Hold optimum team to justify the billing and to keep engagement MM above threshold
13. Project demands for next 3 months , plan capacity , staff capacity and track utilisation
14. Daily reporting and risks management
15. Must be good in small ECC rollouts right from planning to execution , Staffing , Cutover , Risk management.
