- Supervise daily production activities including fabrication, welding, assembly, and fitting work.
- Allocate work to technicians, welders, fitters, and helpers as per job requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with production manager, QA/QC, and planning teams.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Inspect ongoing work and ensure quality compliance at each stage.
- Identify and report production delays, issues, or manpower shortages.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and site regulations.
- Maintain daily work reports and update progress to senior management.
- Support in reducing rework, wastage, and downtime.
