What this role does:

1. Prepares monthly and quarterly financial statements for clients.

2. Handles write up work, including entering and categorizing transactions.

3. Completes bank and credit card reconciliations.

4. Works daily inside QuickBooks Online.

5. Supports the Client Accounting Services (CAS) team on client deliverables.

Who we are looking for:

1. Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

2. Comfort with basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries).

3. Robust attention to detail and organization.

4. Someone who can work independently but also take direction well.

5.



Prior public accounting or bookkeeping firm experience is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience in Public Accounting or Bookkeeping firms.
- Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Client Accounting Services (CAS).
