Job Description:

1. 4+ years of hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
2. 2+ years of ServiceNow IRM Implementation experience involving Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance Management.
3. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM processes.
4. Enable bidirectional integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
5. Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
6. Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics indicators for compliance and risk monitoring.
7. Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
8. Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual setting.
9. ServiceNow certifications preferred:
1. Certified System Administrator (CSA)
2. Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and ComplianceRole & responsibilities
