Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Non IT Recruiter (Engineering) with a strong background in recruiting engineering professionals for US clients. The ideal candidate should have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing candidates across mechanical, electrical, industrial, and manufacturing engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, certifications, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Engineering professionals.
- Meet submission, interview,



and placement targets while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and project timelines.

Required Skills

- 3-8 years of experience, recruiting for Engineering roles.
- Robust understanding of engineering disciplines and technical terminology (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with engineering certifications/licenses (PE, EIT, etc.) is a plus.
