- Resource Allocation: Assign traffic controllers to specific sites based on project requirements, ensuring appropriate qualifications and equipment.
- Scheduling: Plan and manage shifts, including after-hours and emergency coverage, to meet operational demands.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all traffic control activities adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and other safety standards.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, equipment usage, and compliance checks.

- Experience: Previous roles in logistics, or operations coordination are highly valued. Experience in transport and warehousing; strong multitasking and communication skills.
