We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support HRSD, CSM, and Employee Workflows solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills
- 6 10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
