Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Insurance Advisors while achieving sales targets and ensuring business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors in the assigned territory.

- Train, motivate, and develop advisors to improve productivity.

- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.

- Conduct joint field calls with advisors to close sales.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.





- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

- 18 years of sales experience (Life Insurance Agency Channel preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in advisor recruitment and team handling is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

- Local market knowledge preferred.
