We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Strategic Sector as a Lead NDT Inspector.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that products, materials, and processes meet the required quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform NDT inspection UT LPT in Plate/Sheets/Round Bar/Forged Bar.

? Interpret the NDT results and evaluate the acceptance criteria as per standards

? Ensure Compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME,ASTM,ISO,API

? Calibrate and maintain the NDT inspection equipments/Instruments and Handling the Auto UT machine.

? Inspection of In process material and Finish Product.

? Third Party inspection co-ordination and execution

? Preparing of Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection procedures and SOPs





? Handle customer Complaints related to Quality defects.

? Safe working at all levels during inspection and testing

Qualifications Experience:

? Regular Diploma in Mech. Engg / Material science/B.Sc Degree

? ASNT Level-II, UT, LPT Certified, Preferably from Govt./ Institute of Repute

? ISNT UT Level ? II is additional Qualification

? Work Experience 6-8 Years in Steel and Fabrication/manufacturing industries.

? Approved NDT inspector from VSSC/ISRO or other Govt agencies will be preferred.

Key Skills Competencies:

? Knowledge of Auto UT Machine Operations

? Knowledge of Protected work practices

? Knowledge of MS Office/SAP

? Awareness of ISO and Quality Management System
