Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics AI Video Creator to produce high-quality animated and AI-assisted video content for digital platforms. The role involves understanding requirements and using appropriate tools to create animated videos featuring custom effects and social-media-optimized outputs. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling ability with hands-on experience in animation tools, AI video generation, and modern visual production workflows to support and enhance our digital learning platforms.

Experience Eligibility

- Any degree or certification in a design field.
- 0-2 years of experience in motion graphics and video creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Graphics Animation Production
- Create engaging animated videos using industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Animate / Blender (as applicable).
- Add visual effects, transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and sound sync.
- Convert scripts and concepts into compelling video narratives.
- Generative AI Content Creation
- Design and produce AI-generated images and videos using modern AI tools for visual storytelling, motion scenes, backgrounds, and characters.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video and animation technologies to optimize workflows.
- Educational Media Instructional Design
- Design curriculum-based learning materials, explainer videos, interactive designs, and eLearning content.
- Utilize specialized design platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Canva, and WordPress.




- Lifecycle Format Management
- Handle the complete video creation lifecycle from concept to visual design, animation, editing, and final output.
- Produce videos optimized for websites, digital platforms, and social media channels (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Maintain strict brand consistency across colors, style, and tone.

Skills Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI Tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, InVideo AI, Sora).
- Solid understanding of animation timing, transitions, visual storytelling, video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Proficiency with design and content platforms like Canva and WordPress.
- Basic sound editing and syncing capabilities.

Soft Skills Cultural Alignment

- Strong visual design sense (composition, typography, color harmony).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to seamlessly work from scripts or storyboards.
- Willingness to learn new tools as required for the job.
- Knowledge of basic Sanskrit or a robust willingness to learn basic Sanskrit to align with the organizations core mission.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience with Blender or 3D animation tools.
- Familiarity with social media performance trends.
- Prompt-engineering skills for AI content creation.
- Experience creating educational, marketing, or storytelling videos.
