HyVision India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a TPU Operator with 1–2 years of experience in TPU moulding or plastic injection moulding operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating TPU moulding machines, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safe and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate TPU moulding/injection moulding machines as per production plan.
- Perform machine setup, startup, shutdown, and basic parameter adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
- Inspect products for dimensional accuracy and visual defects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain production records and daily machine reports.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities. These responsibilities align with standard plastic injection moulding operator practices and TPU production environments.
