We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Area Sales Manager Loan Against Property (LAP).
Role Overview:
- Individual Contributor role
- Drive LAP business through the DSA channel
- Develop and manage a strong network of DSAs
- Achieve business targets and ensure quality sourcing
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Relevant experience in LAP sales is mandatory
- Robust DSA network and market connect in the respective location
- Local candidates from Bangalore, Salem, or Warangal only
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred
Compensation:
- Attractive Fixed Salary upto 12 lacs + Performance-Based Incentives
