Reporting To- Center Dean / Regional Operations Head

The Manager Mobilization & Outreach is responsible for planning and executing candidate mobilization strategies to achieve enrollment targets across Skill Development Centres. The role involves leading outreach initiatives, managing admissions, building partnerships with community stakeholders, supervising mobilization teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational and Skill Development guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement mobilization and outreach strategies.
- Drive admissions, lead generation, and enrollment targets.
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns, career guidance programs, and community engagement activities.
- Lead and mentor the mobilization team to achieve performance goals.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, government agencies, and CSR partners.




- Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage mobilization budgets, documentation, and compliance.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (MBA/MSW preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in mobilization, admissions, outreach, or field operations.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in the Skill Development or Education sector preferred.
- Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
