Seeking a Senior Specialist with 711 years of experience in FICO modules to drive finance and recordtoreport processes

Job Description

Utilize extensive expertise in SAP FICO modules including GL AR AP AA BA CEA CCA PCA IO and TR to support and optimize finance operations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy in financial reporting and processes Apply knowledge of Finance Record to Report Rtr processes to enhance financial data integrity and compliance Leverage SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio ARIS and Visio for process documentation and improvement initiatives Analyze existing financial processes and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Support monthend and yearend closing activities ensuring timely and accurate financial statements Provide expert guidance on system configurations process flows and best practices within the FICO domain Participate in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies related to finance and accounting

Roles and Responsibilities





Lead design configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules across GL AR AP AA BA CEA CCA PCA IO and TR Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the Record to Report cycle to increase efficiency and reduce errors Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and process solutions Conduct workshops and training sessions on SAP FICO functionalities and process modelling tools Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to finance modules ensuring minimal disruption Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support compliance and governance audits Mentor junior team members and provide technical expertise to resolve complex financerelated challenges Maintain uptodate documentation of finance processes and system configurations leveraging SAP Process Modelling Suite

Job Expectation Immediately after project onboarding resource needs to travel to Hazira Surat from hisher respective base location for a 4 week duration for Knowledge transition Hypercare Requirement gathering for new requirements Post this period resource can return back to their respective and continue working from there Thereafter resource might need to travel to Hazira on need basis Resource will have to follow the client holiday calendar work timings including working on alternate Saturdays
