Position: Area Sales Manager Tile Adhesive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market development, overseeing distribution channel, dealer appointments, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the building materials and construction chemical industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion and growth.

- Identify and appoint dealers, distributors, and channel partners across the state.

- Conduct training sessions for clients including architects, contractors, builders, and engineers on product knowledge, application techniques, and best practices.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- More than 10 years of experience in the building materials or construction chemical industry, with a proven track record of sales and market development.

- Result oriented. Knowledge on selling right product mix to maintain and improve PnL of the category in his territory.

- Valuable experience from Tile Adhesive industry will be added opportunity.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel within the territory.
