Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

3 8 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects

Solid understanding of interior detailing, space planning, and material selection

Knowledge of construction methods, furniture detailing, and site execution

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations

Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and detailed working drawings

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renders for client presentations

Prepare detailed interior drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details

Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and d cor elements based on project requirements

Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved drawings





Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical support during project execution

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates

Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies
