Position Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial planning, commercial finance support, treasury management, and internal controls. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, solid business partnering,

and effective cash flow management to support organizational growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely financial closing (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage statutory and internal audit requirements, ensuring timely preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Manage GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory compliances in coordination with outsourced partners and regulatory authorities.
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and budget vs actual variance analysis.
- Monitor key business costs and drive financial discipline across functions.
- Provide commercial finance support through product, channel and SKU profitability analysis.
- Partner with sales and marketing team on pricing, promotions and trade schemes.
- Oversee order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles including invoicing, receivables, collections, vendor verification and payments.
- Manage statutory payroll compliance and employee reimbursements in coordination with HR
- Support treasury operations including bank transactions, fund transfers, and timely bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial report and management dashboards and actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury activities,



banking relationships, and reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls, ensure policy adherence and drive finance process improvements and SOP standardization.
- Prepare and Manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on receivable and maintain proper ageing reports.
- Coordination with clients for billing queries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Track and reconcile customers and vendor accounts regularly.
- Assist in month-end and Year-end closing activities.
- Support Management with financial data for decision making.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial Operations.

Key Requirements

- Qualified MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting role. Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including GST, TDS, Companies Act compliance and applicable financial reporting standards.
- Prior experience in an FMCG/consumer goods/distribution driven business environment.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems along with advanced proficiency in MS excel.
- Exposure to working in MNC environment.
- Proven ability to manage internal and statutory audits independently.
- Experience in handling cross-border/intercompany transactions and related compliance requirements
