- Develop /Release Control MIS

- Prepare and Release the various MIS to the Branches
- Track key control reports, identify and resolve exceptions
- Co ordinate with Branch Team for resolutions

- Process /system Improvements

- Provide input for and Initiate Systems / Process Improvements to
- bring down risks, probabilities of error and customer inconvenience and
- enhance customer experience at the branch

- Closely monitoring flow through of information from branches and arresting process gaps leading to service delays / denials to customers.

- Annual Budget

- Assisting in Budgeting for Branch Operations team,

- Handling Branch Audit

Handling Collation of data and revert for all the Regulatory and Internal audits pertaining to branches in co ordination with the branch team
