- Responsible for the protected and healthy working environment of the factory.
- To ensure production process defined and being followed and monitored on regular basis.
- To distribute and set the production Targets operation wise and monitor the same.
- Monitoring, documentation and analysis of Rejection and Rework status of each item with corrective and preventive actions taken for the same on Daily basis.
- To co-ordinate with RM stores to ensure availability of right material in right quantity as per the production requirement of lines on daily basis.
- To ensure the uptime of machines and other utilities related to Production floor.
- Ensure timely generation of all Management Information Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) related to your area.
- Maintain 5 S & visual display.
- To implement appropriate systems for control of wastage,
loss and rejections, foresees technical / operational bottlenecks and provide remedies in coordination with other departments.
- To implementation of IMS (ISO & EHS) in Plant.
- Devising Process analysis, control instrumentation & related services to monitor record & optimize manufacturing processes.
- To coordinate with subordinate for effective execution of plan
Skills Required

- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques. Six Sigma, 8D, 7QC tools, 5S.

- Knowledge of Safety standards
- Knowledge of SAP, MS office, Project Management.
Experience Required
3-5 year of experience in production. Having experience in labor handling, Awareness of ISO , SAP Knowledge.
Academia
Graduate / Engineering, will be preferred
