Job Title: Linux Administrator + DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Linux Administrator + DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in Linux system administration, automation, networking, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software installation, application deployment, security patching, automation using Ansible, and scripting using Shell or Python. The candidate should also have strong networking knowledge to troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (preferably Ubuntu 22.x or higher).
- Perform software installation, upgrades, application deployment, and issue resolution for enterprise applications and services.
- Maintain and support web application servers hosted on Linux environments.
- Configure and manage TLS/SSL encryption, certificates, and secure communication channels.
- Apply security patches, system updates, and vulnerability fixes across Linux infrastructure.
- Define, document, and implement patch management processes and patch distribution strategies.
- Develop and maintain automation using Ansible for configuration management, deployment, patching, and server administration.




- Create and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting or Python.
- Troubleshoot network issues including routers, switches, VLANs, DNS, firewalls, and connectivity problems.
- Ensure system availability, security compliance, and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for deployments and operations.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- Robust Ubuntu Linux experience (22.x or higher)
- Strong Ansible experience
- Patch Management
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Strong scripting and automation (Bash / Python)
- Web server management with TLS/SSL security on Linux systems

Preferred Skills

- Docker experience (Dockerfile, container building, troubleshooting, Docker Compose)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and monitoring tools
- Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation practices
