We are seeking a high-caliber Test Automation Architect to lead the technicaldesign and hands-on implementation of our enterprise testing frameworks. Thisis not a management-only role; We require a technical authority who remains"in the trenches," building modular, scalable frameworks fromscratch. The ideal candidate will leverage modern AI-powered development toolsto accelerate delivery while maintaining architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and own sophisticated test automationframeworks from the ground up for UI, API, and End-to-End testing.
Hands-on Development: Act as a primary individual contributor, writinghigh-quality automation code and reusable utilities.
Cloud Integration: Design serverless testing components using AWS, includingcreating and managing Lambda functions for event-driven test triggers.
AI-Augmented Engineering: Expertly utilize AI tools like Cursor, GitHubCopilot, and Gemini to speed up boilerplate generation, refactor complex logic,and perform deep codebase analysis.
Client Advocacy: Conduct high-impact technical demos to clients, effectivelycommunicating architectural decisions and quality ROI.
Framework Creator: Build enterprise-grade frameworks from scratch, prioritizingmaintainability and scalability across web and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications




10+ Years of Professional Experience in Software Quality Engineering and TestAutomation Architecture.
Deep Technical Soundness: Proven track record of staying hands-on with coderather than solely focusing on team leading.
AI Tooling Mastery : Strong command of Cursor for repository-wide reasoning,GitHub Copilot for in-IDE assistance, and Gemini for code explanation and logicoptimization.
Dual-Tool Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in Playwright and WebDriver IOframeworks.
Core Programming: Mastery of JavaScript (required) with a robust preference forPython.
AWS Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, APIGateway, and S3.
Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-levelclient presentations and internal technical documentation.

We are specifically looking for an expert who can pivot from drawing anarchitectural blueprint to implementing the code that makes it work. Candidatesmust demonstrate how they use AI tools to increase their individualproductivity.
