Role & responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos for our D2C FMCG brand reels, ads, product videos, and social content
- Take ownership of pacing, cuts, sound design, and overall storytelling not just execution, but creative judgment
- Work with minimal hand-holding: you'll often get raw footage and a general goal, not a shot-by-shot brief
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to understand brand voice and translate it visually
- Continuously experiment with new formats, tools, and editing styles to keep our content fresh and ahead of trends
- Manage multiple projects and turnaround times in a fast-paced startup environment
- Be a core, in-office team member not a remote or freelance contributor

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2 years of hands-on video editing experience (agency, brand, or strong personal portfolio)
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
- A genuine passion for editing ideally someone who edits for fun outside of work too




- Strong opinions on pacing, cuts, and sound, and comfortable defending creative choices
- Comfortable working with ambiguity — thrives with a vague brief and raw material rather than rigid instructions
- Self-driven learner who picks up new tools and trends out of curiosity
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR, and available to work from office full-time
