- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and vendor coordination
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
- Follow up with candidates on offer, joining, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and data accuracy
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- Prefer Candidates from Industrial Automation Industry
- Graduate with 0.6 to 4 years of recruitment experience
- Exposure to lateral hiring / technical hiring.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced setting
