About the Prospect
Sagility offers a 6-month NCLEX training program fully sponsored by the organization. Upon successfully clearing the NCLEX examination and obtaining USRN certification, candidates will transition into the role of Nurse Reviewer with Sagility.
Role: Nurse Reviewer
As a Nurse Reviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating and validating medical records to determine the medical necessity and appropriateness of treatments and services provided. The role helps ensure accurate claim payments, regulatory compliance, and prevention of fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate medical records submitted by healthcare providers.
- Assess the medical necessity and appropriateness of treatments and procedures.
- Identify correlations between billed diagnoses and supporting medical documentation (Relatedness).
- Validate whether the injury or illness is associated with the insured body part and linked to the employees job function (Compensability).
- Ensure accuracy in healthcare claims and support fraud prevention initiatives.

Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Nursing
- M.Sc. Nursing
- Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
Experience Required
Candidates should have clinical experience in NABH-accredited hospitals within any of the following specialties:
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
- ER (Emergency Room)
- OT (Operation Theatre)
- NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
