Education

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering with ADIS/PDIS from a recognized State Board.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor the Project HSE Management System while ensuring compliance with statutory, client, and company safety requirements.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard identification (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities, including work at height, confined space, hot work, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical isolation (LOTO).
- Conduct safety induction training, toolbox talks, and job-specific safety awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE and monitor protected work practices during construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.




- Supervise high-risk activities such as boiler and turbine erection, structural steel erection, piping, electrical works, heavy lifting, scaffolding, pressure testing, and commissioning.
- Inspect scaffolding, lifting tools & tackles, cranes, construction equipment, and mobile machinery to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, maintain HSE documentation, and submit periodic safety reports to management.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and rescue activities while promoting a proactive safety culture across the project.
- Verify the competency and certification of operators, riggers, scaffolders, welders, electricians, and other skilled personnel before deployment.
