- Escalation Management

- Closely monitor escalations to ensure resolution of customer issues within committed TATs.

Follow up with all Stakeholders and closure of all issues pertaining to Customer Service at all levels

- Expedite approvals from concerned authorities where required.

- Monitor Control MIS

- Track key control reports, identify and resolve exceptions

Co ordinate with Branch Team for resolutions

- Analyze escalation patterns and arrest repeat escalations of similar nature

- Process /system Improvements

- Provide input for and Initiate Systems / Process Improvements to
- bring down risks, probabilities of error and customer inconvenience and
- enhance customer experience at the branch





- Closely monitoring flow through of information from branches and arresting process gaps leading to service delays / denials to customers.

- Annual Budget

- Budgeting for Branch Operations team, Conducting analysis of Budgeting vs actuals and reporting deviations if any

- Handling Branch Audit

Handling Collation of data and revert for all the Regulatory and Internal audits pertaining to branches in co ordination with the branch team
